- By winning a category in the AWFN Annual Awards.
- By winning one of the quarterly photo or video competitions.
- By being specifically chosen by the AWFN team.

- Join www.talkwildlife.com to share your work - talkwildlife.com is a social networking site specifically for anyone interested in watching, photographing or filming wildlife and lets you create your own blog, upload images and vidoes, join in discussions within the forum and much more!This is an open group for members and non-members of the AWFN.
- Join the AWFN Video Group on Vimeo - This is a great place to upload your videos (finished or unfinished) to share with other members. Remember - This is a private group for members only so it's an ideal place to discuss your unfinished video and film ideas with other members and possibly gain some useful tips and tricks!
